* Populous Chapelries of Bilston, Darlaston, Pelsall, Wednesfield & Willenhall were part of Wolverhampton Parish & Hanley & Longton were part of Stoke on Trent Parish, Bloxwich was part of Walsall Parish. These Chapelries have been kept separate as they would over bloat the two largest Staffordshire parishes.
** Butterton was a Chapelry to Mayfield until 1866 - however they are in different districts therefore each has a Parish Page.
